Intermediate / Senior Designer
Candidate MUST have 5+ years prior experience managing projects independently in the interior design field. The ideal candidate will have a distinct design sensibility and be extremely organized, highly self-motivated, experienced in managing multiple projects and an excellent communicator.
The Ideal Candidate:
• will have experience managing a project from design development through installation
• will have experience designing, drawing and producing custom furniture, millwork and lighting
Responsibilities will include:
• preparing for and attending client and site meetings
• creating and maintaining budgets and project schedules
• sourcing materials and furniture that are cohesive to the design aesthetic of the project
• creating furniture plans
• coordinating and managing outside vendors for installations
• generating of purchase orders and invoices
Requirements:
• AutoCad 2007
• Adobe Create Suite
• MS Office
• Design Manager (or similar program)
• Eligibility to work in the US

Senior Architect / Project Manager
Candidate will work with our Team Leader and Principal, to produce construction documents and drawings for residential homes.
The ideal candidate will have:
• Strong background in traditional residential design and detailing, along with the construction process
• Experience with all phases of a project, including operation and organization of project drawings sets, code research, shop drawing reviews, fieldwork, consultant coordination, leading production of CAD drawings
• Strong knowledge of AutoCAD and 3d renderings, interpreting design intent into working construction documents
Requirements:
• Degree in Architecture
• 5 years minimum architectural experience required as a draftsman
• High-End residential work experience required
• Proficiency with AutoCAD and SketchUp
• Code Knowledge needed
• Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States

Junior architect
The ideal candidate will have:
• Strong creative point of view and the ability to work within an established design direction
• Experience with all phases of a project, from design conception to production of CD sets
• Excellent technical detailing and research skills
• Strong organizational, time management and communication skills
Requirements:
• Degree in Architecture
• 3-5 years of professional work experience
• Proficiency with AutoCAD and SketchUp
• Eligibility to work in the US
This is a Full-time role.
